White Noise

From Wikipedia, Chace Audio

White noise is a sound containing all of the audible frequencies generated with the same power intensity, sounding like intense static. It will sound more strident than pink noise because, at equal power intensity, the short, upper frequencies are more easily generated than the long, lower frequencies.
