Loudness

From Chace Audio

The perceived quality of sound directly correlated to an increase or decrease in amplitude (volume). Loudness is a highly subjective measurement that varies from person to person and is affected by many factors such as frequency, duration and sound pressure levels (SPL). More objective measurements exist that can be scientifically quantified, such as decibels or sound intensity.
