Bandwidth

From Chace Audio

Bandwidth is a range of frequencies within a given band, typically measured in Hertz (Hz). For example, an audio recording that has a bandwidth of 200Hz to 5000Hz contains no sound below 200Hz or above 5000Hz. Most people would consider this a "narrow" or "thin" sounding recording as the range of human hearing is 20Hz to 20,000Hz.
